Today's Acronym Lesson: S.C.A.N.D.A.L. and C.O.R.R.U.P.T.I.O.N

There’s ordinary mad, and then there’s write-shit-on-the-back-window-of-your-car mad. There’s a difference. It matters. This guy was obviously the latter. He also appears to have created two new acronyms. Though, I haven’t yet deciphered them.

Once I decipher this code, I’m off to fiscal court.
